AI
A point of view from someone who loves the planet.
This is a short blog with my experiences with AI via my recent entries of my “eco-stories,” if you are following them, great! If not, check it out.
Since a young age, I have always been fascinated with stories, I love cinema, and recently (possibly 10 years ago) also books, I was not a fan of spending time reading for hours end, I couldn’t understand it, this until I found great books, my husband is a reader and we have lots of books in our home, even in our bedroom and on walls, my home is not massive but I think when you enter, the first thing you see is books.
Honestly, I prefer to be out in the wild and enjoy nature than being stuck inside reading. Guy, my husband started to put some great novels on my bedside table, and all started from there, most of the books were from Russian and French writers in correlation with TV programs that I was enjoying then, and not long from there, I was hooked.
The story always needs to be worth my time, I was a slow reader but after reading “War and Peace”, I think the sky is the limit.
Most things that we do or design come from everyday life and in my case and among other phobias, I would say that I dislike flying, the only way that I manage to stop being breathless with horror by every movement that planes do is by concentrating on something else and that for me is writing. I have two stories that came to life from life experiences like my disgust for rats, the other one and my next one is about social media. But with writing, comes research and I am shocked by rats' intelligence and their similarity with humans.
AI comes in handy when I try to put my ideas into an image, it is not perfect and it needs the human brain to twitch some of the ideas and images; nevertheless, this is a great invention that could help creative people to air their thoughts, especially in this media-driven society that we live in.
In most subjects, there is always a group of people that reminiscences about “The good old days”, but unfortunately the earth keeps moving and we are unable to get stuck in the past, however, the tools that we create like AI have to be able to help us and not to destroy us.
